IMARK consists of more than 1,400 independent wholesalers in the United States and Canada with more than 7,000 locations.

Today the group consists of IMARK Electrical and IMARK Plumbing, and through the merger in January 2019 in the plumbing and air conditioning sector with Omni Corporate Services and Equity Plumbing, is the most influential organization in the electrical, air conditioning and plumbing sector.
