Hager expands board of directors

Hager is expanding its hitherto three-member board of directors by a newly created human resources portfolio.

The post is being taken over by Franck Houdebert, who has already been shaping human resources operations at the Hager Group for the last three years as corporate HR director.

Houdebert is a 50-year-old Frenchman and a proven human resources specialist, and he will take up his post as corporate director of human resources with effect from 1st January 2016.

His colleagues on the board are Daniel Hager (chairman), Bertrand Schmitt (chief operating officer) and Philippe Ferragu (chief group resources officer).

At present the Hager Group employs approx. 11,400 people and generates a corporate turnover of about EUR 1.7 bn, producing at 23 locations all over the world.
