Harmonization of brands at ABB

The integration of the various products belonging to ABB will now be promoted; all "third-party products"...........

are now to be managed under the ABB brand; ABB sees this as an important step in its next-level strategy.

This new strategy will take effect in March 2018 and Baldor Electric will be the first product to have belonged to ABB for 7 years and will now be known as ABB from 1.3.2018 onwards.

"This represents yet another great step in building a market-focused, lean organization and unifying the ABB brand across the globe," said Sami Atiya, president of ABB's Robotics and Motion division.
