Sensation in Italy
Comoli Ferrari is to take over the Mauri Group with effect from 1st January 2016.
With subsidiaries Comoli has 72 branches and belongs to the Italian marketing association Elex Italia, which in turn is affiliated to the international organisation IMELCO.
Mauri has 27 branches and belongs to Findea, which belongs to IDEE.
Both firms operate mainly in Northern Italy.
