will be Jens Wehran who has been Chief Operating Officer (COO) since 2018 and Chief Financial
Officer (CFO) at Rexel Germany.

Hagemeyer Deutschland GmbH & Co KG is renamed to Rexel Germany GmbH & Co. KG.

The headquarters will be new at Ridlerstr.57 in Munich.

The successor to Franz Gletthofer, who is leaving the company as reported on 30.6.2015 to return to Austria, will be Dr. Carsten Suckrow, who will report directly to Patrick Berard, Rexel’s European vice-president.

The successor to Franz Gletthofer, who is leaving the company as reported on 30.6.2015 to return to Austria, will be Dr. Carsten Suckrow, who will report directly to Patrick Berard, Rexel’s European vice-president.

Suckrow comes from the US company Analog Devices, a leading producer of semi-conductors from Boston, where he was responsible  for the EMEA region as managing director.

Prior to this he had worked at Schott, A.T Kearney, Siemens, Philips and Nokia in leading positions in sales, marketing and business management. From 1988 to 1995 he studied economic sciences in Santa Barbara/California and Munich.

The Austrian Franz Gletthofer is leaving both Hagemeyer Deutschland and Rexel at his own request on 30.6.2015.

Since 1st September 2013 Gletthofer has been CEO and chairman of the board at Hagemeyer Deutschland – now he is being drawn back to Austria for personal reasons. He will fulfil his duties at Hagemeyer Deutschland until the last day, but it is not known what he is going to do afterwards.

Before his move to Germany Franz Gletthofer had proved his leadership qualities for seven years as boss of Rexel Austria, having worked in a variety of management positions within the Rexel group since 1997.
