Robert Pfarrwaller (CEO of Rexel Austria and chairman of the supervisory board) is reordering his house to form a modern, powerful organization.

Rexel is represented in Austria by the wholesale companies Regro (8 branches) and Schäcke (7 branches). In addition there is the head office, Rexel Austria GmbH.
Regro and Schäcke will legally belong to Rexel Austria with effect from 1st October 2017, but the branches and names of the 2 brands will continue to operate on the market.

Regro (8 branches), held a partners meeting with its customers and suppliers. On the occasion of this event prizes for special performances were also awarded to manufacturers.

The award-winning firms included ABB, Hager Electro, Kraus & Naimer, Miele, RZB, Siblik Elektrik, OBO Bettermann. In addition OBO Bettermann won the award of supplier of the year 2015.

This year Schäcke electrical wholesale company is celebrating its 70th anniversary with especially keen prices on certain products.

Schäcke, founded in 1946, is the market leader in Austria and has belonged to Rexel since 1996. Its headquarters are located in Vienna, and there are branches in Götzis, Graz, Innsbruck, Linz, Salzburg and Villach. The company employs approx. 250 people.
